About your custom ideas:
We offer custom printing garments based on the listing shown. In the absence of clear guidelines for your own idea, our design team will interpret your requirements to the best of their ability which will then be non-returnable except where clear errors are made.
Return & Refund:
If for some reason you are not happy with your garment from our site, or you have received a faulty item, or if we have made an error in the personalisation phase, please contact us with the order details and we will advise you how to return the item. If the item is defective we will pay for the return postage, and either refund or replace the faulty item. Please do have a proof of delivery back to us may be required.
Cancellation:
If you have placed an order and then decide you wish to cancel an order by email (using the contact form) you have 3 days, unless we have already started to personalise your order. In the event of cancellation of an order, all refunds will be issued within 5 working days of approving the cancellation item.
Please do note that delivery costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for returning the item to us in the same condition. If the item is printed then the item cannot be returned unless there is a genuine defect.
Time & Delivery:
Please do allow us sufficient time to personalise your order. We aim where possible to despatch within 6 working days from receipt of the order. We estimate a maximum of 2 weeks per order in busy times. We will charge you for the delivery. We use “Far Out Deliveries”, Edinburgh’s raddest cargo bikes for our local orders, and Royal Mail for the rest. Please do ensure that arrangements are made to receive delivery of your purchase (We mainly will need your address). If the items are sent back to us then we will have to charge for a second despatch.
Anyways we offer a free pick up option at our Studio:

How do I add a new question & answer? (Demo)To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click ‘Manage FAQ’ button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.

How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title? (Demo)You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under ‘Info to Display.’
